Delete your Uplift account

Uplift, published by Wixpa (package com.wixpa.uplift).

You can permanently delete your Uplift account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Uplift app.
2. Go to Settings (the gear icon on the Home or Daily screen).
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm on the prompt. You may be asked to sign in again to verify it's you.

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll delete it for you:

usmansgd42@gmail.com — subject: "Delete my Uplift account". We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your authentication account (email/password or Google sign-in).
• Your stored profile document (name, email, sign-in provider).
• On-device data (your quiz profile, streaks, logs) is removed when you delete the app or clear its data.

What is kept

• We do not retain your personal profile after deletion.
• Aggregated, non-identifying analytics and diagnostic data may be retained per Google Firebase's standard retention periods.
